We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a part-time, potentially hybrid role for a Bookkeeper/Administrator, at the business office in Farndon, Chester. With opportunities to work remotely for part of the schedule, the administrator will manage the business accountancy software, process and pay invoices, send inspection reports and certificates, assist with VAT returns working closely with the accountant. Additional responsibilities may include following up leads, communicating with clients, booking in jobs on the business CRM.
Specific days and hours can be discussed to suit the correct candidate.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Communication, Bookkeeping, and IT experience
Experience with Job Management Software and Accounting Software
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Relevant experience in bookkeeping and administration
Formal education or certification in accounting or a related field is preferred
A positive can do attitude is essential
