Part-Time Bookkeeper (2 Days per Week)

Salary: Starting at 28,000 FTE depending one experience (pro-rated)
Hours: 2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day (flexible working days/hours)

Key Responsibilities

Process sales and purchase invoices Record payments and receipts in the accounting system Reconcile bank transactions weekly Assist with VAT return preparation (with external accountant support) Maintain accurate digital financial records and filing Support payroll administration Assist with general admin tasks as required
What We're Looking For

Experience using Xero (or similar bookkeeping software) Strong numerical and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy 1-2 years' bookkeeping or finance admin experience Good IT skills (Excel, Word, email) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
