We are a small business operating an e-commerce website which sells EV charging products and other renewable technology to trade and public.
Our accounting system is Sage Business Cloud, which we use for all aspects of accounting and book keeping.
The purpose of this role is manage sales and purchasing records on Sage, scheduling invoice payments, maintaining customer sales invoice records and reconciling all transactions in line with banking records.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting environment.
Proficiency in Sabe Business Cloud accounoting
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
Role
10 hours per week, mostly from your home, with occasional visits to the office (Crowborough)
part-time employee, or self-employed contractor (preferred)

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
