Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and ensure accuracy in our records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. Assist with payroll processing (making payments) Monitor budgets and track expenses. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with management and external accountants as needed. Manage credit accounts, sending reminders and following up on overdue payments.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar role. Experience with Odoo Software (Preferred) Proficiency in accounting software. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and organizational skills. Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (preferred).
30,000 per annum is the base salary if the position was full time, pay would ultimately be adjusted based on hours worked.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: 30,170.00-31,000.00 per year
