Cloud IT as a company is growing and is requires a bookkeeper to help with day to day bookkeeping. Ideally someone who is self-employed,is able to commit 1 day a week.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ideally have previous experience of working within similar role with Bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals with atleast 6+ years of experience
(Role):
Customer and Supplier invoices
Monitoring payment receipt and credit control
Monthly reconciliation of bank and journals
Chasing payments from customers
Assisting with day to day basic accounting, invoicing, quotes and order processing
Scanning and processing of Invoices and Receipts
Managing and maintaining staff calendars and holidays
Responsibility for carrying out monthly invoicing to clients and making changes as and when required.
As and when required creating bespoke excel reports
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
Bookkeeping knowledge
Knowledge in using Accounting packages
Good verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills
excellent telephone manner
good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
good reading and writing skills (fast but thorough, accurate; good concentration)
willingness and enthusiasm to learn
Able to use own initiative and display a courteous and professional manner at all times
Comfortable working under pressure
Good with conversation and written English (Must)

This is an In-person office based role and not remote bookkeeping service role, so please only apply if you are willing to travel and able to work from our Offices 1 day a week.
