Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Book Keeper with 2+ years experience to oversee our financial operations and ensure the effective management of our financial resources. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage their own work load.

Duties



Must be proficient in Sage Accounts Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Have accounts prepared and reconciled for year end Producing invoices and statements Preparation of quarterly accounts pack Complete VAT returns monthly Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly

Skills



Proficiency in accounts payable processes and best practices within the finance sector. Proficient in sage accounting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financial information clearly. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy in reporting deadlines.
We are looking for someone to join our company on a Part Time basis. This is an office-based position only, no home working available.

We are flexible with the actual hours / days worked during our general office hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16.00-19.00 per hour
