As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently. You'll work closely with the management team to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare reports that help the hotel and venue operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using sage
Record income and expenditure accurately
Reconcile bank accounts and process supplier invoices
Manage payroll, petty cash, and staff expenses
Prepare VAT returns and liaise with accountants as required
Support hotel management with monthly financial reports and forecasts
About You
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting (hospitality experience an advantage)
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
