Who We Are

Cosi Living is a fast-growing HMO property management company based in Liverpool. We focus on providing high-quality shared homes and building strong, long-term relationships with both tenants and landlords. We currently manage over 500 rooms across student and young professional properties, with ambitious plans to scale further.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join us on a flexible, part-time basis. You'll work closely with the directors and our external accountant to keep our financial records accurate, up to date, and well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Uploading and organising invoices, rent statements, and receipts Categorising spend and maintaining accurate records Preparing simple internal reports Supporting compliance with documentation and reporting standards Liaising with directors and external accountant as required

What We're Looking For

Proficient in accounting software, especially Xero Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounts payable processes High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Able to work independently and manage recurring tasks effectively Comfortable interpreting financial data and supporting reporting needs Clear and professional communicator Friendly, proactive, and happy working in a small, fast-paced team Available to work from our Liverpool office 2 days per week (flexible which days)

Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
