We are looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper 2 days a week.
A sound knowledge of accounting software and good I.T. skills are essential. Currently using SAGE50 cloud system. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional office, managing workflow and communicating effectively with suppliers. The candidate will be tasked with recording and organising all financial records utilising sage50cloud to ensure records are up to date and ready for year end. We are very much a family business and work with people to make a very happy atmosphere.

Cash flow
Supplier payments

Qualifications / Skillset
AAT qualified
Qualified by experience
Sage
Excel
IT Literate
Book Keeping
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preparing and submitting statutory accounts and corporation tax returns from a variety of both manual records and software
Needed for the role of Book Keeper:
At least one year's experience within an Accounting firm, or similar
Experience of Microsoft Office programs, Outlook and Sage
Commercially aware and able to understand the business impact of your role and actions
Self-motivated and proactive with a dedication to giving great client service
A focus on attention to detail and accuracy, confident and willing to learn
Salary: 17.50-18 per hour
