Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements

Balance sheet
-Reconcile daily ledger
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Control cash flow with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Run payroll processing and VAT filings
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes
Experience:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage)
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Excel
