Job Summary


New Horizons, Cambridge manages the

Silvaco Technology Centre

, a prominent multi-tenant commercial building located at the centrepoint of St. Ives. It's a place where work feels connected and businesses can grow.

We are now looking for an experienced part time

Bookkeeper

to oversee the building's financial operations and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of proactively managing responsibilities.

The hours for the role are flexible and can be done at home, or on-site at the building.

Key Responsibilities



Manage bookkeeping using

Xero

(purchase invoices, tenant invoicing, ledger reconciliations etc). Prepare

VAT returns

and support

audit and tax filings

Oversee

payment runs, credit control

, and

cashflow reporting

Coordinate

business rates

to appropriate units fairly Create and manage reports such as

P&L, budget

, and

forecasting


What We are Looking For



Proven experience in bookkeeping (3+ years preferred) Proficiency in

Xero

or similar software Strong communication, organisation, and initiative Commercial property or facilities management is a plus
