What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you'll:
Communicate directly with clients to deliver a friendly, reliable service
Review and reconcile trial balances and control accounts
Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns (using software like Xero and QuickBooks)
Use tools like Dext, AutoEntry and client management systems to streamline processes
Assist with general office operations to support team efficiency
Manage your own client portfolio, taking responsibility for service delivery and accuracy
What We're Looking For
AAT Level 3 or equivalent preferred but not essential
A minimum of 2 years' accounting experience
Confident using accounting software and digital tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Proactive and organised, with a commitment to quality work
