is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Bookkeeper

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either qualified with the

Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)

or currently studying towards certification, and who is eager to be part of a supportive, hands-on business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems Manage purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns Process invoices, payments, and receipts Prepare monthly management reports for review Liaise with external accountants and assist with payroll Support general administrative finance tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

ICB qualified or currently studying towards ICB certification Proven experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a small business or construction setting Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent time management and communication skills

Pay: From 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
