TMS Legal is a market leader in Sub Prime Claims. We have a close knit team of 20-30 staff and are currently expanding the business. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper that has been working with systems such as Xero.
Role Includes:
Managing company books while current book keeper is on maternity leave (3-6 months).
Reporting to the directors & General Manager.
Processing payments and invoices in Xero.
Setting up payment plans in GoCardless.
Hours
Initially 15 hours per week, potentially raising to 40 hours per week in 2 months time
Training will be in Ferndown office. Once trained can be either home or office based / hybrid.
Pay Scale:
13.00 per hour.
Standard holiday pay, Ferndown office, Parking space, Drinks provided.
