Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in managing financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software Xero.

Redcoat Express is a freight forwarder. based in Manor Royal. We are very well established and are growing. The ideal candidate may have some experience in this or the transportation field.

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets effectively

Must understand chart of accounts and be able to support us in implementing XERO and migrating the data

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Pay: From 37,000.00 per year
