The accounts team is at the heart of our business and is vital to ensure that the company's finances are kept in order.
Hours can be worked across days monday-friday, between 10-20 hrs per week. Very suitable for someone fitting work around childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and process supplier invoices for payment.
Reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries and chase up invoices.
Resolve supplier queries.
Ensure invoices are filed correctly and on time.
Assist with credit control.

Skills & Experience
Essential
Sage 50 Experience
Strong organisational skills with a logical approach to completing tasks.
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
IT Literate.
Understanding of data privacy standards.
Honesty, integrity and the understanding of the need for confidentiality.
Understanding of accounts processes.
