We are a group of eight fast-growing companies seeking a diligent and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses and gain broad experience in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
Manage supplier invoices, orders, and purchase records
Support bank reconciliations and payment processing
Provide general administrative and finance support as required
Candidate Profile
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Excel and confident working with numerical data
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance assistant role
Familiarity with accounting software
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Accounting qualification or working towards a recognised finance qualification
Experience working across multiple entities or within a group structure
