We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support us with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience with Xero accounting package. This role is to ensure smooth administrative processes and efficient financial management. We are rural and your own transport will be required.
Duties
Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software such as Xero
Assist with preparing financial reports and statements for management review
Be competent using microsoft excel and word
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Maintain organised filing systems for both digital and paper documents
Support the team with general administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Experience
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining efficient office operations
Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
