We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & General Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and looking after the general day to day admin side of the business.
Duties
Bookkeeping:
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Prepare monthly financial reports to assist management in decision-making.

Office Administration:
Maintain the smooth running of the office
General answering of phone calls & emails
Liaising with manufacturers re Purchase Orders
Liaising with shipping companies & organising the collection of goods from Europe & further afield
Liaising and helping organise the transport of goods from our warehouse to the final consumer
Skills
Proficiency in the accounting software Sage Line 50.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
