Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
Prepare financial reports to assist management in decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of purchase ledger, sales ledger including POS & shopify, payroll
VAT return reconciliation/submissions
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
