Masro Construction Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Admin Officer to join our office-based team. We are a forward-thinking organisation, and this role is key in supporting our financial and administrative processes. Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Update Xero accounting software with daily financial transactions
Maintain and update Excel templates, including schedules of accounts
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Scan, file, and organise office documents
Answer phones and perform general administrative duties
Support other ad hoc office duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant bookkeeping and administrative experience
Proficient in Xero accounting software
Confident working with Excel spreadsheets and schedules
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
