We are a family owned business that have been operating for over 30 years in the residential park home sector. We also run a separate business that restores and races classic Porsches. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team and help keep our financial and administrative processes running smoothly. Tasks will vary day to day. These include:
Admin for both companies, letter writing, rent reviews, vehicle registration.
Taking utility payments from residents and entering data on to sage.
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts into sage then filing hard copies.
Accounts payable/Receivable, managing payments to suppliers and invoices to customers.
CSV imports
Preparing monthly electric & quarterly water bills
Creating gardening invoices
Paying suppliers invoices
Managing office supplies
We are looking for the candidate to work 4 days a week within the office. Hours are 9:30am-2:30pm. Two days we are open to taking payments from the residents and the other two are used purely for admin. These hours and days can be slightly negotiable.
Experience in book keeping is essential and also if you have experience with sage accountants that would be preferable. While the applicant most be detailed with accountants and time keeping they will also need to be personable when dealing with residents.

Pay: 26,018.00-27,252.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
