We are currently looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated book keeper/office assistant on a part-time basis.
Duties are varied but will include entering invoices/bank payments onto Sage, reconciling bank accounts, paying creditors, checking supplier statements, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, photocopying, scanning, preparing new customer files and documents, filing, answering telephone and taking messages where appropriate and other general office duties to assist the Office Manager.
You will need to be computer literate, able to work under your own initiative and reliable. Full training will be given.
The hours of work will ideally be 9.30am to 3.00pm but can be negotiated to suit.
Qualifications / Experience Preferred for Post:
Previous office experience
Experience of Microsoft office applications
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Professional is preferable but not necessary as all training will be given.
