We're looking for a
Bookkeeper & Administration
professional to manage our day-to-day financial processes and provide essential HR and admin support to help our organisation run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Bookkeeping
Raising and processing invoices
Maintaining Sage with accurate sales, purchase, and bank records
Preparing VAT returns and payroll information
Managing payments and petty cash
HR & Administration
Tracking staff absence and holidays
Maintaining staff training records
Processing expenses
Supporting general office duties
What We're Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping and financial admin
Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of VAT, payroll processes, and petty cash systems
Great attention to detail and time management
A confidential and trustworthy approach to handling sensitive information
