Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Sage. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Duties



Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review Support year-end audit preparations by organising relevant documentation Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as required

Skills



Proven experience with accounting software including Sage Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable processes Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 110.00-220.00 per week

Expected hours: 7 - 15 per week
