About the Role
Renewable Green Energy Ltd (RGE) is seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, bookkeeping, processing invoices, scheduling installations, and supporting both the office and field teams. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to project completion. Key Responsibilities
General office administration tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing and managing correspondence
Bookkeeping and financial administration using Xero
Processing invoices and bills and reconciling accounts
Assisting with payroll processing
Managing purchase orders and ordering materials for installations
Creating and sending quotes for jobs
Scheduling and managing installer diaries for installations of renewable systems
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, maintaining professional telephone etiquette
Competent use of Microsoft Word (experience with Excel is desirable)
Skills & Experience
A track record in administrative work (essential)
Experience in construction, building services or renewable energy installation environments (preferred)
Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping software
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional telephone manner (essential)
Interest in or knowledge of the ECO4 scheme and renewable energy installation would be advantageous

Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
