The Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused
Bookkeeper/Administrator
to join our friendly office team.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, supporting general office administration, and needing flexibility at the beginning/end of the day.
Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with payroll preparation
Maintaining accurate financial records
General office administration, including answering calls, emails, and filing
Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks
About You
Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration
Proficient with Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
