Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. Duties

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50 cloud accounting software Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies

Skills

Proven experience with Sage 50 Cloud Software Minimum 5 years Sage Experience Strong understanding of accounts payable / receivable processes and general ledger management Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is essential

This position is ideal for candidates who are meticulous, proactive, and eager to support organisational financial operations through their expertise in accounting systems.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
