Monza Installs Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team in Whalley.
Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our financial operations.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
Prepare and process invoices, bills, purchase orders, and manage supplier accounts
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions using Xero software
Liaising with our external accountant for preparation of VAT returns
Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
General office duties
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, have a positive and professional attitude to work, effective time management skills, be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft packages.
