We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Book-keeper-Office Administrator to oversee and manage daily tasks as per required. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all office related tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with our standards. The Book-keeper- Office Administrator will coordinate with various the owner and manager, manage daily tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all activities align with project objectives.
Manage bookings for appointments.
Manage on site workers, to deliver gas and any other required items to site owners.
Take payments and provide receipts upon purchase.
Maintain the grounds where needed, cleaning of toilets and facilities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bookkeeper-Office administration or in a similar role within the holiday industry.
Customer Service
Strong knowledge of softwares, Excel Spreadsheets and Word.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering would be advantageous. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a significant impact.
Must have full DRB check, required upon interview.

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
