Kids Planet Day Nurseries are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Bootcamp Academy Administrator to join our Training Academy team. This is a fixed term contract based on 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support for bootcamp programme delivery.



Assist with learner onboarding processes, including document checks, registration forms, and database entry.



Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records in line with compliance requirements.



Schedule training sessions, workshops, and assessments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.



Communicate with learners and tutors regarding timetables, materials, and course updates.



Support with attendance tracking and reporting for funding and audit purposes.



Prepare and distribute learning materials and certificates upon completion.



Liaise with internal teams to support programme monitoring and evaluation.



Respond to learner and tutor enquiries promptly and professionally.



Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the Programme Delivery Manager.
