About you You plan what you buy, you don\xe2\x80\x99t just buy it, which is great fun as you see everything through start to finish. You will have your own dedicated clients you\xe2\x80\x99re solely responsible for across paid advertising, as well as contribute to larger accounts. You love keeping up to date with industry trends, testing new product launches and help feedback on how we do things so we can do it better. You understand growing brands doesn\xe2\x80\x99t always rely on optimising towards the cheapest/most efficient metric, but what will be the most \xe2\x80\x98effective\xe2\x80\x99. You will be inquisitive and curious, relishing the opportunity to ask questions and share your ideas, not just in digital, but across other offline marketing channels such as TV, Radio, Out of Home (OOH) and Print Publishing. You want to learn how to integrate these into a holistic media strategy, set to yield results and overcome challenges our clients have within their business. About the role Your responsibilities will be: Client Relationships

  • You will attend weekly status meetings with clients alongside a wider account team to gain insight into their business and ensure delivery of work across campaigns meets promised SLAs e.g. new campaign plans, creative deadlines for launch being met etc\xe2\x80\xa6
  • You will attend client events when requested which may on occasion, be outside of core working hours, because you know it\xe2\x80\x99s important to show we\xe2\x80\x99re committed to our clients and inspires new ideas.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to competitor insights by utilizing tools/desktop research.
Team
  • You will line manage account executives and aid in their implementational knowledge development, delegating client work to ensure all SLAs are met to time. You will ensure not only that tasks are delivered, but that they understand \xe2\x80\x98why\xe2\x80\x99 they are essential/delivered a certain way.
  • You will attend weekly internal status meetings to ensure your fellow colleagues are kept up to date across activation actions required for live and planned campaigns.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be engaged and contribute to weekly agency meetings and training sessions, ensuring you\xe2\x80\x99re prepared for all agendas shared.
  • Share and grow our core values by collaborating with the team in delivering discussions, scheduling external speakers, helping organize social events and processes which make Bountiful Cow a fantastic place to work.
Delivery
  • You are responsible for checking the ad accounts you work across daily, to ensure they are pacing within forecasted spend and estimated delivery across our KPIs.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll check reporting from your Account Exec (and muck in at times to extract data) to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s accurate and coach them through gleaning actionable insights from data
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll build campaigns within relevant, self-serve biddable platforms to meet the requirements of our client\xe2\x80\x99s media plans and their ad creative guidelines.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll begin to create/be responsible for checking media plans to ensure they meet campaign briefs from our clients/the team, which include targeting, estimated delivery/forecasts and costs.
  • For search backgrounds, you\xe2\x80\x99ll perform keyword research and search query analysis to identify positive and negative keywords to target.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to advise clients of conversion tracking requirements and set up via pixel tags (but not be required to implement these into source code).
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve a great attention to detail. You can identify when something doesn\xe2\x80\x99t look quite right and problem solve with recommended solutions however, you\xe2\x80\x99re not afraid to ask for help if you\xe2\x80\x99re unsure.

Requirements We\'re looking for experience in campaign builds, audience builds and management within one or more of the following ad platforms:
  • Meta (Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Google Ads and/or SA360
  • TikTok
  • Twitter
  • Snapchat
  • Microsoft Ads
The following are an advantage but not essential:
  • Apple Ads
  • Amazon Ads (DSP and Search)
  • DV360
Experience in one or more of the following campaign formats: Social
  • Reach
  • Traffic
  • Conversion (web/lead gen)
  • App installs
  • Catalogue Sales
PPC
  • Responsive search ads
  • Discovery
  • Shopping (standard/smart/performance max)
  • Universal app campaigns
YouTube (either via Google Ads or DV360)

We are also looking for an understanding of the following:
  • Creative spec requirements for the ad platforms you work within so you can request these from the clients you work with across their plans.
  • If from a Paid Search biddable background, you are certified in the search fundamentals and one other area.
  • Proficient skills in Excel and the creation of formulas and creating pivot tables.
  • UTM URL tagging requirements.
Experience with one or more of the following reporting platforms:
  • Google Analytics (Universal/GA4)
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Power BI
  • Setting up experiments/AB tests in-platform and brand lift studies.
