We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Boutique Breakfast & Bar Star to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a stylish setting, ensuring guests enjoy memorable mornings and evenings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a friendly demeanour that enhances the guest experience. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast dishes and beverages with attention to presentation and quality Mix and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages at the bar, maintaining high standards of service Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the breakfast area and bar, adhering to health and safety regulations Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, ingredients, and beverages Assist in setting up for special events or themed nights within the boutique establishment Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering personalised recommendations when appropriate Follow all operational procedures to ensure smooth daily running of the breakfast service and bar operations

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail Flexibility to work during mornings, evenings, weekends, or special events as required Previous experience in hospitality or bar service is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of health & safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service is beneficial but training will be provided Passion for delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds guest expectations

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
