Job Description

Smarty Pants is an established childrenswear business, based in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. We are looking for a new addition to our team to work in our boutique.

Working hours -

This is a 19.5 hour position (3 days), with a set day working a Wednesday & Saturday 10pm - 5pm, the third working day is negotiable dependant on availability.

Overtime will be available on a weekly basis, so flexibility is key in this role, please include your full availability in the questions section.

This position will start at minimum wage, and will increase on succession of your 3 month probationary period, based on the value you bring to the role.

Essential attributes -

- 12 months retail or sales experience

- Must have a genuine passion for childrenswear

- a bubbly and enthusiastic personality

- Be happy to work every Saturday, with holiday allowance given

- Must work well in a team but also be able to work alone

- Must have experience working towards sales targets, and in a fast paced working environment

Advantageous attributes -

- Visual Merchandising experience

- Content creation or social media experience experience
