Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our Eleven team, an independent boutique in Saundersfoot selling a range of artisan jewellery and ladies clothing. The position starts immediately and involves working independently.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Operate the cash register, including cash and card payments Conduct stock checks and manage the collection of necessary stock from our warehouse to the shop

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers. Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
