Oris UK is seeking a sales professional with experience in the luxury sector who is confident, charismatic and down-to-earth. We're offering you the chance to join a heritage luxury Swiss watch brand that prides itself on its core values: we are independent, sustainable and make watches that make sense. Join our dynamic boutique team at our UK head office location at the Oris Boutique London on South Molton Street in Mayfair.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and pro-active, thriving from positive customer interaction and enthralled by all things mechanical watches. Motivated by the prospect of driving boutique sales, you will use your specialist knowledge to create meaningful client interactions that last beyond one consultation, developing & nurturing strong relationships that stand the test of time, fostering community and loyalty.

Beyond sales & consultations, you will work in a varied role involving the planning and execution of events, the ownership of boutique decoration and visual merchandising, stock management, repairs administration and ad-hoc small service work (strap changes, etc), as well as creating email newsletters and creating content for the Oris Social Club social accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years proven luxury retail experience, watch experience a bonus Strong interpersonal skills and a flair for building long-standing 1:1 client relationships Good negotiation skills and able to handle transactions with integrity Highly organised, with attention to detail Intermediate computer & numerical skills A proactive approach and ability to prioritise A positive, can-do attitude that contributes to the success of a boutique High standards of service excellence A high level of personal presentation Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods Fluent in English
