Bowling & Arcade Customer Service Assistant

About the Role


As a Bowling Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of the bowling and entertainment areas. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service in the bowling reception, entertainment, and party areas. Assisting in food and beverage operations, including service, stock control, and cash handling. Taking bookings, managing enquiries and helping customers with lanes. Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining bowling lanes and machinery, assisting with minor technical faults. Supporting general cleaning duties across the facility to maintain high standards. Supervising Bowling facility use to ensure safety and a great experience for all customers. Complying with Fire, Health and Safety, and Food and Hygiene Regulations, reporting issues as needed.


About You


We're searching for team members who have:

Accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.
