WSAPC is looking for a committed, energetic, and inspiring

Boxing Coach

to lead and deliver structured boxing programmes for pupils who are disengaged from education.

Using the discipline and structure of boxing, you'll work both one-to-one and in small groups with young people who may be excluded, at risk of exclusion, or facing significant social challenges. What we're looking for:

A qualified England Boxing Coach (Level 2 minimum or working towards). Experience working with young people in challenging circumstances. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate as part of a wider pastoral and teaching team. A full driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.

Why join us?

WSAPC is a unique educational setting dedicated to supporting pupils through alternative provision. You'll be part of a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated team that believes in giving every young person a second chance. We offer ongoing professional development and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
