Rise Community

are seeking a boxing coach/instructors for a new weekly 18+ male boxing session. Sessions are targeted at men who are overweight, with low activity levels, new to the sport and who are potentially suffering from depression etc.

These classes will be non-contact.

Classes take place on a Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Experience in delivering classes to adults Help develop physical and mental skills through positive & encouraging guidance Provide instruction on how to safely and effectively take part in the session Create a fun and positive environment Deliver a fun, energetic and engaging sessions Ability to complete session plans and complete risk assessment templates Ability to complete registers & consent forms Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Boxing qualification First Aid Qualification DBS - or willing to have one carried out Instructor Insurance
We are seeking someone who can really help with making this project a success, someone who is reliable, caring, understanding, attentive and has the ability to engage with people. A instructor with their own equipment would be a bonus!
