Job Description
Join our dedicated team in Bracknell as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in Adult Social Care, where you will make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable adults. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and families to promote independence and wellbeing for our service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of social care services.
- Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals, ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participating in safeguarding investigations and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in Adult Social Care, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a compassionate approach to care.
