Job Advert: Qualified Social Worker - Adult Social Care (Hub Team) - Bracknell
Location: Bracknell (must live within 20 minutes)
Rate: DOE (competitive hourly rate)
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Team: Adult Social Care - Hub Team
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Hub Team within Adult Social Care in Bracknell.
This is a key front-line role that requires a proactive and committed professional who can respond to crises, manage complex cases, and work closely with vulnerable adults in need of support.
Requirements:
Must live within 20 minutes of Bracknell to ensure availability in emergencies.
Must be available to work in the office up to 4 days a week when required.
Strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their welfare.
Experience or ability to respond effectively to crisis situations.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and national policies.
Proven experience completing Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decision meetings.
A commitment to strengths-based and person-centred practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of people in varying circumstances.
