Main duties of the job

The role involves supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills.
