The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to a client with a brain injury and multiple orthopaedic injuries, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Main duties of the job
The Brain Injury Support Worker will deliver personalized care and support to the client, assist with daily living activities, support the client's rehabilitation programme, accompany the client to the gym and out in the community, provide emotional support and companionship, and maintain accurate records of care provided. The role requires a full UK driving licence, confidence in driving, and access to a personal vehicle.

Brain Injury Support Worker
Location: Durham
Hours: 4-hour - 10am - 14pm shifts, 7 days per week.
Pay: 16 per hour weekdays, 17 per hour weekends.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our client, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence, be a confident driver and have access to your own vehicle.
About the Client Our client is in his 40s with a brain injury and multiple orthopaedic injuries, following a road traffic accident. As a result, he has limited use of one arm and currently has passenger anxiety, so we are keen to onboard a Support Worker who can build a trusting relationship in hope to overcome this and take him to the gym and out in the community.
