Main duties of the job
As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a client's daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care while sharing updates with the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
