Job Title: Brake Press Setter

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 06.00-14.30 Monday to Friday or 15.30 \xe2\x80\x93 02.00 Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate: \xc2\xa312.50-13.50 per hour dependant on experience

We are looking for a Brake Press Setter for our client in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity. You will be joining a team within a fast growing, profitable Cladding business, operating a range of modern equipment..

What\'s the job?

• Ability to read drawings
• Need to have experience on either armada HFE of HFP press\xe2\x80\x99and be able to set machines to fold 1 off parts from technical drawings
• Good verbal communication skills
• Problem solving

• Temp to Perm position

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Ensuring that all goods inwards are checked and booked in accurately.
• Oversee de-taping and taping.
• Store and locate products.
• Get profile ready prior to production requirement.
• Prepare profile for sending to powder coating.
• Ensure all items to be delivered are complete.
• Communicate all stock issues to the materials manager.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Previous experience in aluminium or plastic profiles
• Experience in stock control
• Excellent reading/writing/spoken English
• Team player
• Must be able to work on own initiative (Essential)
• FLT license desirable but not essential

Job title: Workshop Fitter/Assembly Operative

Location: Redditch

Salary: \xc2\xa311.10 ph
Hours : M-Th 8am-16:45 (30 min break) Fri 8am-14:45 (30 min break)

A position has become available for an experienced workshop machine fitter to carry out modifications to electric motors.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

Modifications to electric motors, including mechanical fitting of flanges and fitting of small electrical components inside electric motors (Essential)

Use of cranes and compressed air tools for movement and fitting of components (Essential)

Updating completed modifications on excel (Essential)

Replacing electric motors using programmable software and stamping machines (Essential)

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Mechanical fitting expertise / light assembly experience (Essential)

• Practical hands on approach (Essential)

• High level of accuracy and detail (Essential)

• Physically fit as long periods of standing and lifting (Essential)
