Key responsibilities for the role of Branch Manager include:

Continually improve branch sales and margin Ensure all branch KPI's are achieved Mentor and develop the team Deliver a high standard of customer service Motivate the team to exceed targets Management of stock in line with sales Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
