What you will be doing




As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the branch in line with group objectives, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational efficiency, and a positive, well supported team environment. You will oversee day to day operations across sales, warehousing, logistics, and customer service, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and consistently delivers high standards. In everything you do, youll help uphold the companys mission, vision, and values, supporting the bigger picture of our business.


You day to day responsibilities include: -

Manage day to day branch operations across sales, warehouse, and logistics functions. Drive commercial performance through effective account management and local business development activity. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth. Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve consistent performance and high service standards. Monitor KPIs, analyse branch performance, and implement practical improvements. Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with central logistics to support daily requirements. Work closely with Head Office and other branches to ensure aligned processes and shared best practice.

What are we looking for




Were looking for a Branch Manager with strong commercial awareness, operational understanding, and the confidence to lead a busy branch effectively. You should be wellorganised, able to make clear decisions, and comfortable managing both people and processes to maintain high standards.


To be successful in this role, youll need the following:

Leadership experience within distribution, manufacturing, or a B2B sales environment. Strong commercial skills, with experience in sales, customer management, or account development. A solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. Clear communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Good organisational, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Confidence in coaching, developing, and supporting a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP/CRM). Experience working across multiple sites or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
