What's the Role?

As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Hereford branch, with responsibilities that include:

Driving Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and grow our customer base. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service. Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return time and time again. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, and performance monitoring. Business Growth: Identify new opportunities to expand the branch's footprint in the market.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a sales-driven environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities. A proactive, results-oriented approach to challenges. Knowledge of building supplies (preferred but not essential).
