Job Description

Spectroform Engineering is a precision engneering company, who has recently broadened their services to the wholesale welding & engineering industry only last year. We are looking for a branch manager to manage this sector of a growing business. The candidate will be required to oversee this side of the business & provide regular updates on performance & progression within their sector. Regular promotions & offers would be required as well as customer site visits. Experience in the engineering/welding sector would be required. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor sales activities and customer satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports on branch performance and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize overall business performance Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
