We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Your Move, Beccles, which already proudly boasts the role of NR34's top selling agent every year since 2018.
Your Role:
As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered branchwide. This includes leading and motivating your team and achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the estate agency industry Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional customer care/service experience Resilience, positivity, organisation A pride in your work and drive to succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hold a Full UK driving license.
Daily Duties Include...
Dealing with incoming telephone and branch enquiries Arranging and conducting property viewings Securing new business, such as valuations to meet desired targets Managing your own client base and diary Progressing of Sales through to completion on behalf of your clients Negotiating offers Outbound calling & canvassing
